INGREDIENTS and PROPORTIONS:
300gr walnuts
2 caps flour
Dough:
8 yolks
1 cap sugar
250gr butter
1/2 tsp baking soda
Cream:
1 egg
1 cap sugar
1/2 cap milk
1/3 tsp vanilla pouder
250gr butter
Chocolate:
6 tsp sugar
1/2 cap milk
3 tsp cacoa
PROCEDURE:
1) chop walnuts well
2) Mixt all dough inradients in a bowl (yolks first) to get a dough. ( Butter should be of room temperature and soft.)
3) Cut dough onto two pieces and put them into refrigerator for 1 hour
4) Blend by electric mixter 4 whites with 3/4 sugar and 1/2 of the chopped walnuts
5) Take one part of the dough, roll it, and put onto 4-square baking pan
6) Pour the mixture from step 3 onto the rolled dought in the pan and put it into warm oven.
7) Bake on moderate heat for 30 min
8) Do steps 3-6 for the other parts
9) Boil 1/2 cap of milk with 1 egg 1 cap sugar vanilla
10) Cool the mixture to room temperature, then add 250gr butter and blend until you get evenly white cream
11) Mixt all chocolate ingradients in a medium souse-pan and boil until all the sugar dissolves. Continuously stir. Then add 50gr butter.
12) Pour chocolate onto one of the baked parts of cake, extend it evenly, put another one over ti symmetrically.
13) Coat with cream
14) Serve after 2-3 hours
